RETURN POLICY

  • Packaging: Product(s) must be returned in the original packaging, including any protective plastic, bags, and boxes.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Purchasing Source: Only items purchased directly from waterport.com are eligible for return.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
