When purchased from an authorized dealer, all WaterPORT products are 100% guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects. Shipping to our Warranty and Repair Department is the responsibility of the customer, and we will provide free return shipping back to you. Products must be reasonably clean before they can be repaired. Please wipe down your product so that it is free from dirt, sand, or hair. Heavily soiled or unpleasantly odorous items will void your warranty.

Repairs not covered under the WaterPORT warranty include: intentional puncture, abrasion, misuse, alterations, modifications, abuse, disassembly of the product, normal use, and wear and tear.
Warranted products will be replaced or repaired at WaterPORT's discretion. If a replacement product is unavailable or discontinued, a comparable product will be substituted.
