Items will be replaced at the discretion of WaterPORT. This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accidents, or external causes. Unauthorized repair, modification, or customization of your product will void this warranty. If a replacement product is unavailable or discontinued, a comparable product will be substituted.
All products covered under warranty will be replaced free of charge. When we process your replacement, we will cover return shipping to all addresses.
