Shipping Policy

This page explains how and when your WaterPORT order ships, along with delivery estimates and shipping terms. Please review it before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Processing time is separate from delivery time, and the delivery estimates below begin only once an order has shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Estimates

Orders ship from our West Coast facility, so estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • West Coast: 2–4 business days after shipping
  • Central U.S.: 3–5 business days after shipping
  • East Coast: 5–7 business days after shipping

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, and periods of severe weather. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time.

Expedited and overnight shipping are not available. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend placing it well in advance.

Shipping Destinations

We ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, or other international destinations.
